Returns
You may return an item to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund minus restocking fee and shipping charges. After 7 days,I am happy to offer an exchange or credit towards future purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in original unused condition and original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number and adequate insurance to cover full cost. We do not take responsibility for damaged and lost return shipments and return shipping costs.
The restocking fee is10% of the purchase amount.
Please let the studio know via email when you wish to return an item. We will issue a return number and discuss the best return shipping address.
Damaged items or special orders cannot be returned. Items returned after the 14 day period will be accepted at the discretion of Donna Veverka only.
